I have tried another Mini DisplayPort to HDMI dangle in the past which was more streamlined in design, but it broke down after 2 months of gentle use. This adapter seems to be of superior build AND image quality. Definitely a must have for all the macbook owners who enjoys to watch movies on their HDTV.

Works perfectly on my 2009 MacBook Pro, audio passes-through over HDMI, and picture quality on my Samsung 55" LED set is flawless! Great product at a fraction of the price of similar adapters!
