1 out of 5 stars Save Your Money   May 23, 2010

I felt like such a dolt when these came in the mail as they were advertised on the site as "$.01" and I thought they would just be lumped in with the Kindle itself as they were ordered at the same transaction. But then when I got them delivered they did only cost "$.01" but there was an additional $12.98 added on for "Shipping and Handling". Boy did I feel like a sucker!!! These little Earbuds are no different from the ones that you can pick up at the Dollar Store. So do yourself a favour and use the money you would have wasted on these to buy a book on your Kindle.....I wish I would have!

1 out of 5 stars Very low quality ordinary headphones   May 5, 2010

These are very low quality headphones. You can buy much better ones for lower price from any store.
Definately not worth the money. have nothing special for kindle.

1 out of 5 stars Spend a little extra money on for better earbuds   April 28, 2010

If you buy these earbuds you will get what you pay for. One side quit working after a couple of uses at the gym. I think the earbuds I bought for $2 on a flight worked better.

1 out of 5 stars No sound in less than a month   April 10, 2010

My other headphones broke and I bought these as a cheap replacement until I get a new iPod. These broke in less than a month. And by broke I mean absolutely no sound comes out of them.

1 out of 5 stars Perhaps the worst earbuds I have ever owned.   March 31, 2010

These earbuds are horrific. I bought them as replacements for my various iPods (Shuffle and Classic).

The Good:
- NOTHING

The Bad:
- The jack is too small to make a proper connection with the iPod. The music comes out with tons of static, if at all.

- They are cheap and extremely uncomfortable.

- The sound quality (when they work) is tinny and horrific. I've had better sound come out of free airplane headphones or even the crazy headphones that you used to be able to get for gameboys.

Bottom-line:

Please, please, please spend $5 more and get the JVC Gummy Headphones. The Gummys are pretty good whereas these headphones are a flagrant disgrace to engineering, consumers, and humanity generally.
